Arts Hotel Istanbul Harbiye - Special Class

The location was perfect, close to the metro and just a short ride away from the multi-purpose indoor sport arenas and cultural centers where we caught some epic concerts and mega events. Plus, the hotel had a dope Pilates Studio with top-notch trainers and the latest equipment.

Yo, it would be sick if the hotel threw some cool parties or had a happening nightclub for us young peeps to enjoy after a day of exploring the city.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its outstanding service and luxurious amenities. the spa center was impressive, complete with a tranquil indoor swimming pool, steam room, sauna, and spa lounge. the massage therapists were skillful and attentive, providing a full body massage that left me feeling rejuvenated. the restaurant and snack bar served delicious halal food, and the in-room breakfast was a special touch.

The only minor issue was the room's small size, but it was compensated by the breathtaking sun terrace with garden area and entertainment options. This hotel is an excellent choice for those who appreciate a high level of service and comfort.

Clean hotel, non-smoking rooms, magnificent location close to Osmanbey metro station.

Everything was simply excellent. I liked every detail about my very good 5 nights stay here. The deluxe queen room I got was complete with a great view, shower, a good bed. The location was favourable, at a medium distance from Mesrutiyet Hamidiye Camii. They offered me outstanding meals, had plenty of options to choose from.

The Corner Room exceeded our expectations with its amazing city view. It was exceptionally clean and tidy, providing a bright and comfortable atmosphere. the hotel staff, especially Mr Turan and Ms. Ayşe, were incredibly kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to assist us with any issues we had, making our stay enjoyable. We were also impressed with the friendly and welcoming attitude of the entire staff. the location was perfect, within walking distance of Taksim Square, Cevahir Mall, and many stores. We will definitely choose Arts Hotel again for future visits to Istanbul.

We stayed here for 7 nights and we liked our choice. It had very central location close to Istanbul Congress Center. It is set in a commercial area.

The suite was amazing, with a breathtaking sea view from the terrace. As a guest who uses a wheelchair, the spacious layout and accessible features made me feel truly comfortable and relaxed.

I personally found the lighting in the bathroom a bit dim.

We loved location and rooms of this trendy boutique hotel. Decent personnel was especially the receptionists. The lobby bar was stylish.

It's cozy place to visit 1 mile away from a National Palaces Painting museum.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel with our family, especially enjoying the entertainment and event venues nearby. The multi-purpose sport arenas and cultural centers were perfect for keeping the kids engaged, while the professional trainers in the 100 m2 Pilates Studio provided a great space for us to unwind and stay active. Additionally, we were thrilled to learn about the rich history of the first ceramic show, hosted by Fuereya Koral, adding a cultural touch to our experience.

My wife says that the hotel could benefit from offering more children-friendly activities.

At my first stay, the staff helped with early check-in. This place suits me perfectly, with Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, room service, and various massage options. The hotel has everything I need, including a fitness studio and pools. I can't wait to come back for Easter.

The location provides convenient access to various areas. The room and bathroom are clean and well-maintained, with modern facilities. The staff is polite, friendly, and very helpful. The breakfast is delicious, particularly the Kaymak & honey pairing. The cell phone with unlimited internet and local/international calls is very useful.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful 24/7, especially Serdar, Uysal, and Yavus. They were always smiling and patient, even with our baby. I recently stayed at Arts Hotel Istanbul for a week during my return air trip to İzmir. The hotel is quite new and offers modern facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful, with receptionists who spoke English well. They even stored our three pieces of big luggage for us, free of charge. The breakfast was delicious and extensive, and the bed and shower were comfortable. One unique feature was the free mobile phone with internet that they provided during our stay. The spa, including the Finnish sauna, was great too. The hotel's location is convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the subway.

Getting a taxi was quick and easy due to the hotel's location on the main road. the staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, and the restaurant offered a great selection of food and drinks. A special mention goes to the waiter Selcuk, who was always pleasant and attentive. Whenever we return to Istanbul, the Arts Hotel will undoubtedly be our choice.

The staff was amazing, so friendly and professional! The rooms were nice, especially the couch by the window. Location is perfect!

It was so fun to see that the housekeeping had different standards in each room, and they even managed to forget to clean under the beds in both of them! Hilarious!

As a senior woman, I found the accessibility of the hotel very convenient, with smooth pathways and easy access to all facilities, making it ideal for senior people like myself.

I would ask for better vacation for senior people if the children of the staff were more attentive to maintaining cleanliness and providing prompt assistance.

I chose this hotel for attending a forum because it provides easy access to the Istanbul Congress Centre, with its massive complex and extensive meeting spaces. The location was incredibly convenient and allowed me to move seamlessly between the hotel and the event venue.

The one service that I missed for my work was the availability of a business center within the hotel where I could quickly access printing, copying, and other office services without having to leave the premises.
